You should not have to worry so much. They recover fast, the teeth pulling is the least you need to worry. Spay is a little bigger surgery than neutering but i had girl dogs before and all went fine. Just make sure she does not jump, specially on and off furniture for the first 10 days, also on the first 3 days do not let her climb stairs, it stretches the abdomen too much.
