I know, it's so sad, I think it started with gas stations that made you pump your own gas, I loved having someone check my oil, and clean my windshield! We either have overfriendly waiters/waitresses, "Hi, I'm Kimberly, and I'll be your server, and best friend forever," or we have rude and helpless "associates," we no longer have salespeople. When I find a store that has great customer service, I'm extremely loyal, and I'll stick with it even though prices aren't the best. The phones are what drive me nuts, pushing 20 different buttons before I can get to a live person, who then disconects me, and I have to start all over . . .
