Baxter is the same way. I'll leave him food all day, but he'll only eat little bits of it throughout the day. Then, when I'm about to go to bed at around 10 or 11, I hear him chomping away. I guess he likes to eat late at night... LOL. What wet dog food do you feed Jackson?? I've never tried wet dog food with Baxter...
