Lots of the ebay sellers are pet stores, it's just another way to get your name out there, I buy the sticks in a sealed carton, and that the only way you can be sure someone's not doing a switch-a-roo on you. I wonder if the manufacturer has any guaranteed lower weight of the flossies? Like I said before, there is a great deal of variation between the sticks, some are really huge, but none are super thin. Most are medium. I'd be tempted to send the really thin one to the manufacter, you might get some free stuff.
