 Yorkie getting car sick?
Greetings folks. I've had my yorkie Gordon since Mid-August. He's a great puppy, though a little mischevious... But something still bugs me.
The night we took him home, he was riding in my lap. Obviously, we figured he'd be scared leavin' his momma for the first time... But I had no idea that he'd puke all over my lap.
I didn't figure it was a real problem. Until it happened again. So, I thought, next time we take him on a car ride, we won't feed him before. When we took him to the groomers, we did so on an empty stomach. He was fine on the drive up. A little shakey if anything. But on the ride back, sure enough, he vomited. Luckily, we had towels this time as a precaution.
I'm just wondering if there's anything I can do to perhaps cure this problem. I don't want to carry towels around everywhere we go. Any help would be greatly appreciated! |
