The bacteria in raw food is not a problem for dogs. The digestive enzymes in their mouths and stomachs are much more acidic than ours. Also, their digestive tracts are shorter which doesn't allow time for bacteria to colonize in their bodies and make them sick. Dogs have been eating raw meat since the beginning of their existence and people have been feeding them raw meat for decades without problems.
