I don't know any DSLR that you can look at the screen to take the pic you can take the pic then look at it right after you take it. Honestly it's not the camera that makes the great pic it's the photographer. I know a guy who has used his iphone and made awesome pics just to prove it could be done. If you really want a dslr, I think a good starter would be the canon rebel or canon xsi ( this is the one I want). I have the canon rebel and took the pic below with it.
