thenewyorkdogshop.com -- BAD experience I bought a Puppia harness online at thenewyorkdogshop.com on Oct. 2. To make a long story short, it's Oct. 19 and I still haven't received it.
After purchasing the product from them I received a confirmation e-mail but no tracking number. So I gave it a couple of days and still no tracking number. So I e-mail them and they reply saying it's out of stock. They say I can get another color faster. So I reply back saying I want a black one. To that, they tell me that one just sold out. So I told them last week that if I wasn't going to receive my product by the end of the week then I will cancel my order. They tell me that I will get it by the end of the week.
Instead of the product getting to me by the end of the week I find that they shipped it on Friday. I still don't have the product today. Will never do business with them again. |
