Lol, the trick to that picture was using babies pajamas that had feet in them, Joey wouldn't move in them; I could place him in the bed in any position and he would stay just like I posed him, I did give him a treat after every 5 or 6 pictures and he was a real trooper!
This is the type of picture I was getting before I added the supplemental lighting, note the little green-eyed monster!
This pic shows how happy he was when we were all done!
