I belive that too, that some people should not own dogs. That neighbor being one. I have been around all kinds of dogs, both Rottie's and Shepards and they were sweet dogs. Heck my cousin has a shepard and he is a sweetie, never harmed anyone. I belive its becase he was brought up right. Had the right mix of love and shown who was the boss. Once they know they are great!! That goes for all dogs not any in petecular. I don't want anyone to think that I am singleing out any one breed.
