In the excitment concerning Mooney's return I am anxious to make her a snazzy costume for my daughters Halloween Pet Costume Contest they will be having at the school. I was just thinking the other day how i wish we could enter a portrait of Mooney when i first read the flyer my daughter brought home. However, I'm SO broke right now...i need to come up w/ something unique and homemade. Any suggestions I would appreciate.
