I don't know.. but don't they have to keep a dog for so long if it's "lost"?
I never asked how long they had Reggie before I took him. I do know that a person found him and put up photos of a found dog and no one came for him. So would that count for the time in a shelter too? I hope not, 1 week is not enough time!
