Shoot - I should have asked this in my first post - if I don't get responses - I'll start a new thread....
Since we have now decided to pad train vs outside - since it will be easier when going to Grandma's in the mountains.....
Do you have issues with the babies understanding pad vs throw rugs? she pees on pads (still trying to get her to poop on them) - and any exposed throw rug - no matter what color or texture....
I hear dogs are actually being trained to potty on "texture" - so rugs may be mistaken for pads - but in her case any texture is good - but she does recognize smaller cut sizes that resemble pads.....
Any hints there?
