I agree with the above poster. If you can't trust her on your bed, don't leave her on your bed. It's simple. Every privilege our dogs have they have to earn. If we come home to a potty accident then we go back to gating them in the kitchen when we leave. In doing so you also set them up for success. Reward when they do something good, and correct when they do something wrong but ONLY if you catch them in the act. Try placing her on the bed, watching her and when you see her pee, firmly say no and take her off your bed.
