Yep the best way to give them Pepto-Bismol is by syringe because you know how much went in.
I also have a 11 week old Yorkie and she currently went through a few days of hard vomitting and diareah. I took her to 3 vets and had her stool sampled. Everything came back negative and looked like she was fine. She wasn't eating either so the vet gave me this stuff called Nutripet- You give it to them 4 times a day by syringe and it's like a dietary suppliment until they start eating again. Some people even give it to their dog as a treat because it is REALLY good for them. You might want to try that out.
