Some good ideas are in there! There was also another thread about somebody getting ready to rehome their dog because of complaints from neighbors, and there was a suggestion to purchase a "bark repellant" thats shaped like a bird house or one of those bark collars
if its that bad, you could search google or your local pet store for one.
