Oklay, the other stuff my girlfriend was taking is Flax Seed. She said that there was no medical prescription or anything from the doctor about this but she started taking these 2 things--fish oil and flax seed and her cholestrol went down and her good stuff was up. Her son is into herbal stuff and she has followed his advice for a number of remedies. Good luck!
