Welcome to the club!!!
Daisy started out in her crate on my nightstand with the door facing my pillow. That worked for a couple weeks, then she started making these funny noises like a geiger counter! They started soft and low, got a little louder . . . then louder . . . until my DH said to let her out. She crawled in bed with us and that was it. I did try putting her back in the crate a few times and told DH to ignore her, but that did not happen.
So now she sleeps with her head on his pillow and curled up in his arms! She really knows how to work it. And he is the last guy in the world you would ever expect to sleep with a dog! He can't believe it himself! heehee
