Such a cute little guy!
Rayce is an 8.5 year old Yorkie.
This handsome guy was dumped off at a pound with orders to be euthanized because he had heartworm and the owners didn't want to pay to treat it .
Rayce has completed all HW treatment, he has also had a 2nd hw test and there is no microfilaria so he doesn't need any more treatment.
Rayce has a clean bill of health and a new lease on life!
Rayce is very happy now, and is living in a foster home just waiting for his forever family to find him.
From Rayce's foster mom: Rayce is very sweet and loving, jumping into your lap or snuggling next to you on the couch or in bed. He loves to go for walks but sometimes will run outside to pee and then will run back inside to snuggle into his blanket if he isn't in the mood for a walk. He is excited to get a new rawhide chewy and enjoys hiding them and then retrieving them when he thinks no one is looking. He is happy to just sit with you and have his belly rubbed and is happy pulling on the end of his leash when he's in a playful mood. Rayce would be wonderful with someone who wants a lap dog to be his/her friend.
His adoption fee is only $175.00 (even though his treatments far exceed that.)
