Default Flying with 2?

Hi everyone. So I wanted to get my baby a little sister some time at the end of this year or early next. Here's my question: can you travel with 2 animals that are listed as therapy dogs? My baby is a therapy dog and she's allowed to fly with me on my lap...depending on how the airline is feeling. Some times she has to stay in her carrier. But I don't know how airlines feel about taking 2 therapy dogs. Does anyone has any experience with this?

Also, if that doesn't work out, how possible is it to fly with 2 babies in one carrier without the airline knowing? I fly international, so I would have certificates for both babies when I get to customs. I can't say they're litter mates because my current baby is a Chihuahua. LOL! So any advice would be very appreciated. Thank you everyone for your help. This issue is what is really keeping me from being 100% sure of getting a new baby. If this doesn't work out, I guess I'll have to wait a few more years to get another baby.
