My Dog Daisy who is 5 still sometimes will wakes
me up in the middle of the night and I take her bc I know myself sometimes I don't go through the night so how can I expect her too. At least he is waking you up.
Maybe you should watch what kind of snacks you are giving him bc he obviously is drinking more water than usual when he does this. That is what I have noticed with Daisy if she has too many treats or table food she wakes up to go potty. You have to admit when we are thristy we drink and we have to get up also........so of course your lil guy has to also!
