You were so lucky. Years ago Chipper got outside and nobody even knew he was missing. I happened to go in the kitchen at 10:00 PM and glanced towards the sliding glass door and there was Chipper on the other side looking in! I thought he was in my son's room sleeping on his bed and had no clue he wasn't in the house. I was so lucky that nothing happened to Chipper that night.
