If you look on the 'yorkiepup.com' site this is what it says

" After 38+ years of raising wonderful pups, our 50 acre property is being sold to a horse breeder. My wife and I will totally retire from raising puppies within the next year, but my daughter & son will continus to run the Yorkie business on a much smaller scale. We are building them a new, smaller, state of the art kennel 3 miles East of our Sherman location. There will ALWAYS be a Yorkiepup.com, and we will ALWAYS strive to get you that perfect 4 legged family member. "

I DON'T KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT THIS SITE AS I AM IN THE UK BUT IT MAYBE OF INTEREST TO YOU WHO WERE WONDERING IF THEY ARE LOCATING TO A NEW PLACE/SITE.
