I have had my Yorkie since April, too. She was born January 20th so she is now 8 months old. House training has been frustrating at best but with consistency we have been a week accident free. It seems like she now "gets it" and will stand by the back door and bark when she wants out. She is crate trained which is the only way my Yorkie even began to get it. Petsmart has great classes that deal with this. How old is your Yorkie? Don't let the dog have the run of the house. When you take your Yorkie outside say the same thing, "lets go potty" in the same tone of voice and carry a treat with you. Don't come in until they potty then praise lavishly and give a treat.

It is a process and frusterating but when you are successful they are the most wonderful dogs. Hang in there and be very consistent. The rules can never change. Get Nature's Miracle, its the best!
