Here is an excellent read on the whole "immunity" given by our lawmakers to the big Pharmo's producing the H1N1. Not only that, but explain to me please, how did Baxter Pharmacology apply for a patent of the H1N1 virus in August 2007, when the first diagnosed case was not until April 2009?
