Sandy as long as there are people that are uneducated they will continue to fuel the unethical breeder. My concern is if they replaced the pup with another pup from the same litter?

Probably for the same resaonb he would not tell the OP how small it is. Because he knows what you will say.
I cannot believe that they just went right back and got another one the same age.
But maybe now with some guidance this one will be OK.
