I do not think she had so clear instructions on her contract. She is careful, meet people before, interview them all of that. She has contacted her attorney to see what can be done. But all is so fishy as you mentioned since the owner had the puppy put down and only went to the emergency after the puppy was very dull. My friend went there and had a long conversation with the emergency vet who gave her a list of at least 20 different causes of the puppy sickness. What made me so sad is i was there and saw the lady when she picked the puppy up. He gave me tons of kisses.
He was 12 weeks old and had shots, healthy , eating well, never had a thing. i am not sure but about 2 to 2.5 pounds i guess. Not a teaCup for sure. I can not get over it. My friend is devastated.
