Winter Time? So as winter time is approaching here where i live, its october and we are already down in the 40's and doesn't get any higher than 45 on a daily basis..
so as its getting colder my 6th month old Yorkie Doesn't get as many walks as he used to. I haven't taken him outside in a week. Its just so cold for him to handle it even with a sweater on. is this okay? he doesn't get exercise but he runs around the house and play's a lot. its just waay to cold for him to be outside for more than 5-10 min.. probably as winter starts approaching he won't be able to go outside AT ALL. is this okay? or should it try to make an effort to walk him even in the freezing cold weather. He is my first dog so i really don't know what to do during winter.
Also For some Odd reason my dog won't eat his food of his plate. he would rather eat it from the floor than his plate. he doesn't like it? i have washed it,cleaned it completely and still won't eat off the plate. is there anything wrong or is he just being spoil?
One Last thing, i caught a cold. when im sleeping my dog tends to get up on my bed and just lick me to wake me up. can he catch my cold?
thanks
