Allowing your Yorkie to run across the street, or anywhere else outside your fenced yard, is an accident waiting to happen. Please don't let him do that anymore. He should be wearing a harness and put him on a leash when you take him outside a fenced area. You just never know when a car might be coming and he could get hit when he runs in the street, or another dog could attack him. |
