 How cold is too cold
Hi everyone This is homers grandma. Homer is doing great these days . He will be 10 weeks old on Sunday and will be going to the vet for his next needle on Saturday . We will know then how heavy he is.
I am just curious as to when we can start taking him outside to Potty or for a short walk and to let him burn off some energy. We are from easten Canada Nova Scotia and the weather is still cold .The snow is starting to melt so we have bare pavement and sidewalks. but the temperature is about +6 celcius or 39 degrees F. I can't wait to start taking him out so I thought I would ask the experts.
