Have you tried the cotronella collar? It sprays a mist towards their nose when they bark, it works well for some dogs and it's not as harsh as the ones that give them a shock. Oh, and no matter what they tell you about the shock collars just giving them a little 'buzz'...don't believe it...they can shock the witts out of your dog and it's not a nice thing to whitness.
