There pear is in my kitchen. Didnt really know what else to put in there. Most of the other stuff (especially if you see a bright goldenrod colored wall behind it) is in my sewing room, aka former art room.  |
I'm glad you have the pear out where everyone can see it. I love van gogh
too but the two are so different. Georgia O'Keefe painted "White Trumpet
Flower" the year I was born. It is one of my favorites and I have always
considered it a birthday gift

The poppy she does is wonderful and
From the Lake is breath taking. There is a little painting that you would
never dream she would have done with her Sante Fe up bringing and if
you haven't seen it you must, it's called "New York Night" When I go home
to Chicago ( I still call it home and I haven't lived there in 50 yrs) I always
make a bee line to their wonderful art museum. You are doing such lovely
work, it must be so satisfying.
