you WANT your HDL to go up! That's the good cholesterol. It is recommended that you try to have at least a 60, but the higher the better for HDL. The best way to raise your HDL is through aerobic exercise. Being a woman helps too. Red wine can help, and 3 fish oils a day can't hurt!

LDL is the bad one.

Maybe you don't have a problem after all!
