When I'm in the ring, as soon as I move the dog from the table, I will reach down and pat the dog's back a couple of times before we take off. I talk to the dog when we are moving in a hapy voice. If the dog loses the tail on the down and back, stop and pat the dog until the tail comes back up, saying "tail". You may not win that day, but in the future, the dog will understand what you want and you will get that tail up. Good luck!

LOL I use the term Sparkle .. I have had some odd looks but those tails are up and I also tell my dogs to stomp it out when I need them to free stack So far so good LOL
