GiGi is a licker too! Not our skin so much as our clothes, I never thought to even ask this Q either, but I was pretty excited when I found you're post... I know she is not nervous, it's almost as if she's trying to groom us? But she is so obsessed when she's licking and she will NOT stop, I even move her off the couch and she just comes back as if she is on task and NEEDS to finish her mission...LOL
I don't think there is an actual answer as to why she does it, I just think she likes it
