I think "better" is a difficult word to use here on YT LOL because everyone has different opinions. Personally, I think the Instinct is better because it's completely grain-free and 90% of the protein is based on meat. I think dogs are naturally carnivores and need a lot of meat. It's higher in protein tho at 35% and I do think that to consume that much protein your dogs should be atleast fairly active to "work off" all of that protein. But ultimately, I do think the Instinct is better but I'm no professional
I'm just happy to have found a food my dog actually LOVES and enjoys eating.
