A food allergy (or any allergy, except to meds/vaccines) at her age would be almost impossible. Since she is a puppy, I'd be very concerened w/ mites/mange - and those can be tough to diagnose. Where on the body was the scrape done and did the vet just scope it? If that was all, another diagnostic option would be to a scrape and grow it out in culture (takes 10-14 days). Is she chewing her paws or just back legs?
Also, what are the inside of her ears like - any smell, any gunk, any itchies?
