Sandyapk is a personal friend of mine and knows all about responsible breeders and the laws in California. Since I'm YTCA she's also familiar with the Code of Ethics and Conduct. I think she's venting and wondering why there are breeders out there, where their only concern is to sell puppies.

Sandy as long as there are people that are uneducated they will continue to fuel the unethical breeder. My concern is if they replaced the pup with another pup from the same litter?

I'm wondering why our mutual friend didn't call me?
