I go to
User CP It's on the long blue menu going across your screen
On the left, click
Edit Avatar
Click the little circle next to
"Use Custom Avatar"
Next I go to Option 2 and click on the
"Browse" button( I want to Browse through my computer's picture files that I've previously uploaded from my camera)
I select the pic I want
Then I hit
"Save Changes"
