 Food after a C-section question?
I can't get my girl to eat her regular dog food. She refuses it. I have tried mixing it with wet food, mixing it with an egg. She will sift through the dry kibble and look for the good stuff. All she seems to want is human food now after her c-section. She's drinking water, gets a fingerful of peanut butter with her pain medicine, but thats all she really eats unless I just give her the packaged wet food. Its been a week tomorrow since her surgery. Do I just need to give her time to get back to her old dry food or is she just being picky? |
