Aww, so sorry your mom's pup is sick with mange. It is treatable but it takes work. When I got Gucci she had ringworm. It took me 4 to 5 months to get rid off it. She had to take some oral medicine and I had to bath her with a medicated shampoo and do the lyme dip every 5 days. It was time consuming and we really couldnt enjoy her as much but she is perfectly fine now. Her hair has grow back and you can't never tell that she had ringworm.
Like your mom, we felt in love with Gucci and coudlnt returned her.
