As much as I would love to have a tax credit or two for 2 yorkies, I would be so afraid for this to be become true. Can you imagine how many people would take advantage of this and possibly get pets and not take care of them or worst yet, abuse the poor babies? I would not want this to become something that would just be an opening for animals to be used and abused. JMO |
