I agree with the above that she should be kept in a confined area.If she runs the house she will just go anywhere and it is hard to break them of that.if she is in a pen or a crate then you can take her out every half hour or so . If she go's then you can let her out just with you staying with her for a free time of play etc. When you cant watch her then put her back into her crate or pen.
If she can watch the others go outside then that could help too
I find yorkies a challenge to train. I had one many years ago and I didnt know about crate training back then. She had the run of my house but used it as her own personal toilet for over ten years.
