It's an old private estate and my office overlooks the
Hudson and stands out from the rest of the bldg. This room is
always cold! The damn boiler is off again. It's Thurs and I have

Everyone else is sitting comfy cozy in warm offices and mine has
no heat! I have two sweaters on and keep drinking coffee to keep
warm. The room is soooooooooo big with only one radiator. When
it's putting out heat it's fine when it not it's soooooooo cold in here
