She shouldn't be allowed free reign of the house.....she should be kept in an x-pen with a pee pad......pups need to earn the right to have access to the house. If you're potty training her to go outside, put her on a leash take her to the spot where you want her to go.

Although my pups are pee pad trained when they go home, I tell my new families that being in a new household is a bit confusing for them. Pups will have to be trained to the area they want them to go. I also tell them to not expect miracles for the first 6 months of pups life. Your girl is 8 months of age, but probably is getting mixed signals from you.

I hope you didn't mean it; about rehoming her.
