Hello! I ordered this coat from smartpak SmartBlue and SmartPink Thinsulate Dog Coat - Dog Apparel from SmartPak Canine
It it so pretty and would be perfect but they dont fit right

. I took a chance and ordered a small (for 13") for my little guy (4lbs. 10in) and he slipped right out of it! I also ordered a Medium (for 15") for Teddy (9lbs, 14").The small fit Teddy but his legs are too short and he kept tripping!!

Does anyone know of a winter coat that would be very warm (pref water res.) and also easy on/off??!!
