My 8 month old female Yorkie Mia refuses to potty outside. I am at my wits end. I have tried and tried to potty train her. Sometimes she will potty outside and I give her praise and treats etc. She knows to potty outside but it is like she refuses. I am to the point of finding a new home for her. I love her very much but I don't know what else to do. Does anyone have any suggestions for a stubborn pup?
