And as for your screen name, I wouldn't change it, it's you're name for goodness sakes...
I only speak English and I wouldn't have known what it means in another language and seeing how we are all typing in English, then I don't see the problem
If you're concerned about offending others then possibly you could just include the
Italian meaning in you're profile. Problem Solved
