Sammy has no problem with going outside whenever we walk him, but lately it's been raining hard so that leaves me no choice but to not walk him.
If Sammy goes potty outdoors I wouldn't stop. Put a raincoat on him
and go out with an umbrella. I walk in rain, snow and sleet because
Buddy has to go out. No way do I want him going on the deck.
They learn to go fast in weather they don't like. Amazing how smart
they can be. Why ruin a good thing if Sammy goes outdoors.
It only takes a couple of minutes. I carry Buddy and he's 16lbs to the
area where he goes then carry him home under the umbrella.
He's heavy but he's my Yorkie
