Yes, you can do that. A little raw is better than none at all. After you are comfortable feeding the Nature's Variety, you can graduate to "real" raw food like bone-in chicken breasts, chicken legs, cornish game hens cut up, etc. Once you see how they thrive on the raw, you'll be sold. The difference is amazing.
